Any idea on how should I choose the girls to start the dating stuff?

I just don't know if I leave it to people to choose or select the ones that I like first , but I'm not a fan of the most popular genshin popular girls so that won't work, but there a are si many of them to make a poll, I want to hear some suggestions about how to deal with it
