phew
it's finally completed huh
It took me nearly an entire year of work of constantly giving it my all. I worked at 3, sometimes nearly 4x my usual workload every single week but the final product is finally completed
it does feel really good to be on the other side of it hehehe, I can finally catch my breath a bit
I gotta give a huge thanks to aethan first of all. He wrote the story and characters and waited like 3 years until I actually got off my ass and started producing the comic. I hope I was able to make his story justice
Of course, I also have to thank all of you who stuck around and supported me throughout this entire year of producing the comic. I do realize its a huge ask, after all you are here for my animations, and for me to just suddenly dedicate an entire year to a slower weekly comic its completely understandable that so many people didnt care for it in the end
I'm still glad I did it though. Having to continually push my limits over what I thought I ever could for so long made sure that I'm no longer the same man I was when I started all of it. I dont know if my art evolved all that much, but I definitely got way better at making it exist. Ive now drawn hundreds of extra shots from planning to rendering, and I had to train myself to be able to do it consistently. I think thats a skill I developed this year
Whats next? Well, Im itching to test my new skills by going back to animations. I also ended up accumulating quite a few completely animations that I'll be editing into videos and posting next, so get ready for quite a few of content hahaha
For now though, I'm pretty tired. Let me just rest a tiny bit and enjoy the afterglow
