Queen Anne IV ruled with an iron will and a magnificent stride. From her regal throne, she managed the realm with supreme, albeit truncated, authority.
Since Her Majesty lacked a torso, arms, or breasts, the traditional royal gestures were out of the question. She could not wave a scepter or beat her chest in fury; instead, she signaled her royal decrees with a sharp, elegant tap of her left heel.
"Let it be known," she announced, her chin resting regally on her hip-shoulder, "that the new tax on grain is officially foot-noted into law."
When a nervous duke presented a petition, she did not take it in hand; she simply extended one flawless, silk-stockinged leg, pinning the parchment to the floor with a well-aimed toe.
"We are a monarch who stands her ground," Anne declared, her crown tilting slightly as she shifted her weight. "Our enemies may try to trip us up, but this dynasty will always keep its footing. Now, leave us. We must step away for lunch."

As for myself, still stuck my sciatica. Right now I'm having withdrawal symptoms from stopping morphine, so I have been feeling like shit for a few days. Hopefully it'll stop by end of week?I still hope I can back on drawing within a month?
