Soft spinning brushes to tease those cheeks and get her squirming and a small vib probe to tickle along the crack, stopping at the first hole long enough to make her scream before sliding down to the second part and really getting her thrashing. A vib strong enough to tickle and tease but not enough to reach the peak.
Cruel yes, but effective 😈
