For a change I am not leaning towards romantic dinners or love day treats..haha
After requests and suggestions, i have planned to make 1-2 recipes from each of the following cuisine -
Iranian
Indonesian
Vietnames
Singaporean
Central American ( I will choose any one country)

Other cuisines i will do in near future -
Carribean ( though I have already done a bunch of recipes)
Other Central American countries
Italian ( maybe a separate month with some ingredient crafting appliance)
Japanese ( seperate month with food stall like my mexican food stall)

So many different cuisines but so little time to make them all!!!
