Guys, I live in Brisbane - the most expensive city in Australia to live in. Tiny 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments that were around $450,000 in 2022 are being sold for $750,000-$850,000 now. Since COVID the housing market has been insane. Rents have gone equally as crazy.
