Extra Paid Tier with HIP Files?

If I created a new tier for like $14-$15 per month that included HIP files for each tutorial, would anyone be interested? I've seen some debates in the comments sections, some people seem to want them while others seem to think its better to be forced to learn without them. What do you think?
