Melty Water Stone TF into a Vaporeon! [06/24 add pic]

Imagine a surfer or a lifeguard who finds a Water Stone and decides to keep it as a lucky charm. Suddenly, they start feeling strangely invigorated, and something starts... swelling... under their swimwear. With a spurt, spurt, their body begins to dissolve into a goopy puddle, taking the swimsuit with it!When they reform from the blob, they find they've become a chilly, gelatinous, and totally ripped Vaporeon! Now they can swim around as much as they please. How great is that?!

Basically, I got the urge to draw a translucent Vaporeon and ended up giving him a pattern that looks like a suit. (I may post the original color version later.)Let's all become cool Vaporeons this summer!
