It has been almost a whole month since the membership price adjustment. During this month, I kept a close eye on how the number of members reacted before and after the change. I noticed that while they were few, some support members switched over to the free tier. Even though I am incredibly happy that the vast majority accepted the adjustment—which was mainly due to the production costs of frame-by-frame animation—it became clear to me that raising the membership price is not the right step forward.
Therefore, after thinking about it a lot, I’ve come to the conclusion that the membership will go back to $5 starting next month and it will not go up again o.o. Maybe in the future I'll introduce a higher tier with some new benefits that don't exist right now, but that's something I need to think through.
