DESCRIPTION

Hello Patreon community!

It's always fun to shoot videos out and about instead of in the studio (or, as it is right now, the Pseudio). We filmed Blue Noise in Godalming on a very rainy day in February. I was supposed to remind everyone to wear waterproof shoes so we could get close to the river, but I forgot to tell poor Editor Gus, who turned up in fabric trainers as you can see in this behind-the-scenes video.

All the same, we found some really nicely greebled backgrounds in the town to test the noise filters on, and so I wanted to share this little BTS with all of you so you can see what goes into making these kinds of heavier coding videos.

As Gus couldn't run the code himself as he was editing the video, the dithered shots were uploaded and sent to him frame-by-frame to recompile in the timeline. He soldiered through collating almost 5000 individual image files to make this video. Woof.

PS - If anyone wants plain copies of the Matt Parker emotes video to use for a Parker-themed 2D game, I would be more than happy to share them (unsanctioned by the man himself.)

Enjoy!
