The background files are designed to be played in the background while you do other tasks. They do include BS,BF triggers, do NOT listen while driving or any task that is dangerous.

This file is a ‘background’ file. A file to play while you do something else. (Gaming/reading/scrolling tumblr) It’s a slow burn, with lots of ASMR and gradual voices until it ends up being a regular file, then fades back into ASMR.
