And here it is — the last update before my Japan trip! 🧳❤️ Only three pages this time, BUT three very meaningful ones, full of honest, important dialogue between Derek and Gogo. :3 I’m a little sad I didn’t manage to finish the fourth one, but hey — now you can guess who Gogo plans to donate his share to! :D Any ideas yet?
I had SO much fun writing this scene (which continues a little further). Both of them are being 100% honest and authentic here — because for the first time, they actually feel safe.
As mentioned, this is the last black & blue update before my Japan trip! I’ll be gone until December 1st, and wow… Kito and I need this break so badly. Q_Q We’re both completely burned out. My left shoulder has been hurting for weeks, my right eye is twitching, and I’ve got a cough that just won’t go away. My body’s basically screaming: “PLEASE, just rest already!” — and thankfully, it’s finally happening, just in time.
Still, I don’t want things to get quiet here on Patreon while I’m away! I’ve got time until Monday to prepare a few extra smut illustrations for you, which will be posted weekly. :D Plus, since we have the chat feature now, I’ll open a Japan travel chat so I can take you guys along on the trip. :3
Everything will return to normal in December!
Also, I decided that I’ll no longer release the b&b books annually. Realistically… it’s just too much. :,) From now on, they’ll come out every 1.5 years instead! The next one should be out in time for AnimagiC (fingers crossed I get a table there!).
I just need more breathing room — for Patreon, for side projects… or just to rest, honestly. The current pace isn’t sustainable. :,)

Und hier ist es! Das letzte Update vor meinem Japan-Urlaub! 🧳❤️ Leider nur drei Seiten, ABER drei gehaltvolle Seiten mit wieder eher wichtigem Dialog zwischen Derek und Gogo. :3 Ich bin ein bisschen traurig drüber, dass ich nicht noch die vierte Seite geschafft hab, aber so könnt ihr rätseln, an wen Gogo seinen Anteil spenden wird. :D Habt ihr schon ’ne Idee?
Ich hatte jedenfalls SO IRRE viel Spaß daran, diesen Dialog zu schreiben (der noch ein bisschen weitergeht). In dieser Szene sind beide zu 100 % ehrlich und authentisch – weil sie sich endlich sicher fühlen.
Wie schon erwähnt, ist das das letzte black & blue Update vor meinem Japan-Urlaub. Ich werde diesmal bis 1. Dezember (!) dort unterwegs sein. Kito und ich brauchen so, so, SO dringend eine Auszeit. Q_Q Wir sind beide einfach nur bis auf die Knochen kaputt gearbeitet. Mir tut seit Wochen die linke Schulter weh, mein rechtes Auge zuckt und ich hab einen Husten, der einfach nicht weggeht. Mein Körper schreit: „BITTE. BITTE mach ‘ne Pause!“ – und die kommt jetzt zum Glück, gerade noch rechtzeitig, glaub ich.
Dennoch soll’s hier auf Patreon nicht langweilig für euch werden. Ich hab noch Zeit bis Montag, um ein paar Extra-Smut-Bilder für euch vorzubereiten, die dann wöchentlich gepostet werden. :D Außerdem gibt’s ja jetzt den Chat und ich werd einen extra für Japan aufmachen und euch auf unsere Reise mitnehmen. :3
Und im Dezember geht’s dann wieder normal weiter.
Ich hab übrigens beschlossen, dass ich die b&b-Bücher nicht mehr jährlich rausbringen werde. Realistisch betrachtet… macht mich das einfach kaputt. :,) Stattdessen erscheinen sie ab jetzt alle 1,5 Jahre! Das nächste dann zur AnimagiC (ich hoffe, ich bekomme einen Platz dort!).
Ich will einfach mehr… Luft! Für Patreon, für kleinere Nebenprojekte… oder auch einfach mal zum Erholen? Ernsthaft – so wie’s gerade ist, geht’s nicht dauerhaft weiter. Ich werd sonst krank. :,)
