Aaaaand we’re BACK with the NSFW extra sketches! :D
It took long enough. 🙈 Please forgive me for not managing to get to them over the past months. Another NSFW sketch will follow tomorrow or the day after, and then we’ll return to the usual rhythm with the monthly polls. :3 New comic pages will come after the Leipzig Book Fair!
At first I was totally on the wrong track with this one! The theme was Sci-Fi - steel, cables, futuristic scenarios. But somehow my brain kept drifting toward monster territory. XD I kept imagining Derek as some kind of huge steel creature absolutely wrecking Gogo. But the idea felt… empty. I always struggle a bit when I try to draw images without a story behind them. 🙈
The NSFW sketches are actually great practice for improving my illustration skills, which have always been a bit weaker. Because I used to think mainly in terms of “Does this look cool?” instead of asking the same question I ask when making comics: “What’s the IDEA behind this image? What story is it telling?” As soon as you start asking that second question, illustrations suddenly become much easier to create! XD
It honestly took me way too long to realize that illustrations aren’t that different from comics. An illustration is basically just a cool one-panel story. And that explains why some illustrators’ images feel amazing while others look technically good but still somehow boring. 🥲 It also explains why AI images often feel so… forgettable. They might look cool, but there’s rarely an actual idea behind them. Vibe, yes. Concept, not so much. XD
So after trying three times to draw a giant steel Derek, I gave up, left my iPad behind and went for a walk. (I’ve been walking instead of jogging lately because of a stubborn cough — and my arm… ugh.) Anyway, the fresh air worked its magic and suddenly my brain asked:
“Maus… why is DEREK the cyborg and not Gogo? Wouldn’t it make more sense if he were a perfectly programmed love machine? And Derek the puppet master?”
And suddenly the whole image appeared. Just like that. POOF! XD
We’re about 150 years further into the future. Derek now owns a gay robo-brothel where customers can rent male sex cyborgs and program them to respond exactly the way they want. The AI inside them is designed to experience every interaction as pleasurable so it keeps striving to satisfy its clients.
Normally Derek doesn’t clean the cyborgs himself. He isn’t attracted to these half-machine constructs. He has only ever fallen in love with real humans. For him, the androids are just tools - expensive machines he maintains and rents out.
But there is one cyborg… number 6060.
He looks different from the standard models. Smaller build. Careful little details, almost as if someone assembled him by hand. And the AI in his head - Derek can’t help it - feels so unbelievably real. Not in that calculated, submissive way the other AI personalities behave.
This one is… prickly. He has controversial opinions about politics and society. His strange sense of humor catches Derek off guard and makes him laugh - which almost never happens anymore. Sometimes Derek thinks he sees a shadow flicker behind those bright reflective eyes, like the spark of a real consciousness trapped inside the machine.
And so Derek finds himself unable to give cyborg 6060 away to customers anymore. He insists on cleaning him personally after each use. And while he carefully removes the traces of a previous client from the cyborg’s body, a thought suddenly appears:
“I want this one for myself. I never want to share him again.”
I ended up rendering this “sketch” a bit more than usual as a small apology. X,D Honestly, it’s basically already a finished artwork, right? But I hope it makes you happy either way. :3

Lang genug hat’s gedauert. 🙈 Bitte entschuldigt, dass ich das in den letzten Monaten einfach nicht geschafft habe. Morgen oder übermorgen folgt noch ein zweiter NSFW-Sketch, und danach geht’s wieder ganz normal mit den monatlichen Abstimmungen weiter. :3 Neue Comicseiten kommen nach der Leipziger Buchmesse!
Bei diesem Bild war ich erst mal komplett auf dem falschen Dampfer! Das Thema war ja Sci-Fi - Stahl, Kabel, futuristische Szenarien. Und irgendwie ist mein Hirn ständig in diese Monster-Richtung abgedriftet. XD Ich hab mir Derek als riesiges Stahlmonster vorgestellt… aber die Idee war irgendwie total leer. Ich habe immer Probleme damit, Bilder ohne Story dahinter zu zeichnen. 🙈
Die NSFW-Sketches sind eigentlich eine super Übung um meine Fähigkeiten als Illustratorin auszubauen. Darin war ich lange eher schwach, weil ich zu sehr in „Sieht das cool aus?“ gedacht habe und zu wenig in „Welche Idee oder Geschichte steckt eigentlich dahinter?“ - so wie bei Comics. Sobald man sich diese zweite Frage stellt, funktioniert es plötzlich viel besser. XD
Es hat erstaunlich lange gedauert, bis ich endlich verstanden habe, dass Illustrationen gar nicht so anders sind als Comics. Eine Illustration ist im Grunde einfach eine Einbildgeschichte in einem Motiv. Und das erklärt auch, warum manche Illustrationen so unglaublich stark sind, während andere zwar technisch gut aussehen, aber trotzdem langweilig wirken. 🥲 Und genau das erklärt auch, warum viele KI-Bilder so… forgettable sind. Sie sehen cool aus, aber es fehlt die Idee. Vibe kann der Algorithmus manchmal erzeugen, eine echte Idee eher selten. XD
Nachdem ich also dreimal versucht hatte, diesen riesigen Stahl-Derek zu zeichnen, hab ich frustriert mein iPad liegen lassen und bin eine Runde spazieren gegangen. (Ich gehe momentan täglich spazieren statt zu joggen, wegen meines hartnäckigen Hustens… und dem blöden Arm. -_- )
Und plötzlich stellte mein Gehirn die Frage:
„Maus… warum ist eigentlich DEREK der Cyborg und nicht Gogo? Würde es nicht viel mehr Sinn ergeben, wenn Gogo eine perfekt programmierte Love-Machine wäre und Derek der Puppet Master?“
Und plötzlich war das Motiv da. Einfach POOF! XD
Wir befinden uns etwa 150 Jahre in der Zukunft. Derek besitzt ein gay Robo-Bordell. Dort kann man sich männliche Sex-Cyborgs mieten und sie so programmieren lassen, dass sich während des Liebesspiels genau so verhalten, wie man es sich in seinen kühnsten Fantasien erträumt. Die KI empfindet jede Interaktion als lustvoll, damit sie weiterhin danach strebt, ihre Kunden glücklich zu machen.
Normalerweise reinigt Derek seine Cyborgs nicht selbst. Diese halb Mensch-halb Maschine Konstrukte reizen ihn nicht. Er hat sich bisher nur in echte Menschen verliebt. Für ihn sind diese Androiden einfach Werkzeuge, die er verwaltet, pflegt und vermietet.
Doch da ist dieser eine Cyborg… Nr. 6060.
Er sieht anders aus als die Standardmodelle. Kleinere Statur, liebevolle Details, als hätte jemand ihn von Hand zusammengebaut. Und die KI-Persönlichkeit in seinem Kopf wirkt… so verdammt echt. Nicht berechenbar und einschmeichelnd wie die anderen Programme.
Dieser Cyborg ist kratzig. Hat kontroverse Meinungen zu Politik und Gesellschaft. Sein schräger Humor bringt Derek immer wieder zum Lachen - etwas, das ihm sonst selten passiert. Manchmal glaubt Derek hinter diesen hellen, spiegelnden Augen einen Schatten vorbeihuschen zu sehen. Einen Moment echten Bewusstseins. Als wäre in dieser Maschine ein echter Mensch gefangen.
Und so findet sich Derek irgendwann in der Situation wieder, dass er 6060 nicht mehr an Kunden herausgeben möchte. Er besteht darauf, ihn nach jeder Nutzung selbst zu reinigen. Und während er den Cyborg sorgfältig säubert, kommt ihm plötzlich ein Gedanke:
„Ich will diesen Cyborg für mich allein. Nie wieder möchte ich ihn teilen.“
Ich hab diese „Skizze“ als kleine Entschuldigung etwas detaillierter ausgearbeitet. X,D Eigentlich ist das schon eher ein fertiges Artwork, oder? Aber ich hoffe, es macht euch glücklich. :3
