A new month, a new character! This is built on my new lineart base! 81 layers in total, 40 front, 41 back layers - enough for thousands of possibilities before the colours even go down!
Each layer can be turned on and off to select the sort character you want to use, all you have to do is erase the excess lines before flattening the image. Once you flatten the image you can color in your designs.

As far as this character goes she is up for grabs and open to everyone. I'll replace the name plate and bio free of charge, design is locked however. I release all rights to the character aside from using them as my example for my lineart base pack.
