He's come a long over the years. And since it's been about 10 years since his last reference sheet, It's about time he's gotten updated!
He's got full salt-n-pepper beard. I imagine piercings within his nose and ears, and around his eye. More of an older millennial / younger Gen X vibes, without the overpriced burger bar. Also just a more modern take on a chef, with the black tank and shorts.
