DESCRIPTION
Still trying to maintain my new year's resolution to do the weekly MerMondays in full color, I think this mermaid could be a recurring character/mascot. One of her design details I like is her hair color being based on the main darker shade I used in previous MerMondays.Haven't quite decided on a name for her yet though.
