Nelly didn’t even get a chance to respond before Jeff turned the light off and walked out of the motel room. Her mind couldn’t comprehend what happened and it made her head spin. She could feel her body getting heavy and her eyes started to close. She drifted to sleep shortly after, assuming it was all a dream.
Nelly could barely open her eyes when she finally woke up. Her head pulsed faintly from being dehydrated. “Ugh I’m such an idiot. Why did I drink at all?” Her hangover wasn’t debilitating but considering her current position, she may have gone a little overboard. “And It normally doesn’t make me have crazy dreams like that but…” She lost her train of thought hearing Jeff’s voice echo from the depths of her mind.
(“Just look how hard your nipples are. I think your body is done with your lies too.”)
“Why am I even dreaming like that about… him? Why am I still thinking about it?” She kept replaying the scene in her head. It was all so vivid that she could feel the sensations of him pleasuring her. Almost like a memory. Unthinking, she raised her shirt up, causing her nipples to harden from the fabric brushing against them. Her hands started to involuntarily wander and she softly bit her bottom lip, “I really shouldn't be doing this...”
(“You’re dripping already, doc. I’m barely even touching you”)
Thinking back to what he said made her body tremble. As if the sound of his voice was gliding across her skin, shrouding her in some sort of desire. She moved her hands down her body, pausing just as her fingers slid beneath the band of her panties. “What the hell am I-”
(“What’s wrong? Scared of a little orgasm?)
Suddenly, it was almost like something was guiding her to proceed. Her finger tips spiraled until they landed on her clit. She massaged herself lightly at first, gradually adding pressure with every pass. An unintentional mimicking of his movements from her dream. She moaned quietly, bending her knees and arching her back.
(“You’re soaking the sheets from just my fingers.”)
She was moving faster now and her body edged closer to relief. She was so turned on by his voice and his movements. The speed of her breathing increased rapidly. She couldn’t focus on anything but the memory of him between her legs, teasing her. The sound of him taunting her.
(“I think you’ll want to remember when it’s my cock.”)
Just then, an unlocking sound echoed through the room. Nelly ceased pleasuring herself just moments before the handle turned and the door creaked open. Warm rays flooded inside, illuminating her startled face before the door slammed shut again, sending the room back into darkness.
——-
“Are you awake yet, Doc?” Jeff made his way through the dark room. Nelly quickly pulled the covers over her head once she heard the stirring of the curtains, trying to avoid eye contact. “Have you ever heard of knocking?” She asked indignantly. He was already amused by her tone. It was obvious that she couldn’t remember what happened last night. “Oh. Did I interrupt something?” He asked as he walked over to the bed and tugged at the comforter, causing her to tighten her grip.
“I’m not in the mood, Jeff.” She cocooned herself up in the comforter. He tugged the covers again but she refused to let go regardless of which direction he pulled. He shook his head, “You aren’t acting very ‘kidnapped’, Doc.” He clutched the bedding and pulled forcefully, ripping the cover off of her. Her eyes violently pierced into him and she snapped angrily. “Agh! What is wrong with you!” He matched her angry gaze with a calm smile, “You should ask yourself that because who gets shitfaced around a murderer?” He dropped the cover to the ground and bent down, bringing his face mere inches from hers. “If you’re so fucking scared of me then you should start acting like it. Wouldn’t want me getting mixed signals?”
Jeff felt himself get forcefully pushed back before he noticed that Nelly had her foot pressed against his chest. Her leg was extended, almost past her threshold, in order to distance them. He looked at her, hiding his disbelief. “Nice legs, doc?”
“Fuck you, Jeff.” Nelly’s eyes were still locked onto his when he smirked back at her. “Sounds fun but we don’t have the time,” He slid his hand down her calf and threw her leg to the side, “besides, you’re an unbearable fucking tease.” He turned and walked back to the door. “Get up. You’ve wasted enough of my time already.”
Nelly jumped up at these words. “Wasting your time? That’s what you call this? Forcing me into this whole fucked up situation is wasting your time? I don’t even want to be-”
“Shut up.” He interrupted, glancing back at her. “ Listen closely because I’m not going to repeat myself. You interjected yourself into my shit. You wanted so badly to be a savior that you ran head first into a situation you had no business in. The only reason you’re safe right now is because of me so read a fucking room.”
Nelly stepped back in shock. Jeff continued, “And you have the audacity to bitch about this. When my killing in the open was your fault. My plans to lay low getting ruined was also your fault. And now I’m putting myself at risk of getting caught to get you back to your fucking chickens. That doesn’t really sound like you’re being ‘forced’ to do anything.” Nelly took a breath as if to say something but he stopped her again. “Anything you have to say to me, you can say in the car, Doc. You cared so much about them yesterday. Don’t want to let them down.”
By the time Nelly could have gotten a word in, the door had already slammed shut. Jeff had walked out and now she was alone. She sat on the bed with her face in her palms, following with a frustrated sigh.
Jeff started towards the car. He wasn’t as irritated with her as he was with himself. “Why am I even trying to save her? I could easily just take the car and leave her here to-”
(“Jeff why are you-…”)
He exhaled slowly, remembering the previous night. The way she tasted when he went down on her. The desperate way she looked at him when she was close. He could feel himself getting worked up.
“Well… answers that question. So what’s next? This little game has already gone on too long.” He reached his hand out to unlock the driver’s side door but stopped himself. “Ugh… why would I drive? For fuck’s sake, there could be a cop at her house. And when was the last time I wiped my fingerprints off… anything?” He looked at the door to the motel room and sighed. “I’m making such stupid mistakes. How is she fucking with my mind like this? This little fucking-.”
( “Jeff- Ah… I’m gonna…”)
He thought back to the way she looked at him. Helpless and horny. Her legs wide open. Her body trembling as his tongue flexed intimately against her. He could feel her tugging on his hair again, trying to pull him in closer, deepening her pleasure. His pants got tighter every second he pondered the scene but something seemed off. Something about how she acted from the point of her not wanting him at all to her being helpless seemingly out of nowhere. That’s when he had a revelation that caused him to smirk connivingly. “Heh. This is going to be interesting.”
Nelly walked out of the motel room and shut the door behind her. She rested her head on it for a moment with her eyes closed. Her headache was gone now but it didn’t make anything easier. She wasn’t sure how to smooth things over with Jeff enough to make these next few hours less awkward. She contemplated just not talking at all but when she started walking to the car she realized that Jeff was laid back in the passenger seat. He looked at her for a moment and gestured to the driver's side, signaling for her to get in.
As Nelly pulled out of the parking lot, she couldn’t help but catch sight of him stirring in the seat. He stretched his arms out and placed them behind his head, causing his shirt to lift and expose his abs. After a few moments of Nelly being unable to stay in her lane, Jeff was first to break the silence. “I can feel you staring at me, Doc. You got something to say?” Nelly looked back at the road, trying to hide the embarrassment of being caught again. “Not really,” she replied. “It’s just… nevermind.”
“It’s just what, exactly?” Jeff turned his head to get a look at her face. She looked like she was already on edge and he didn’t want to miss a single facial expression. “It couldn’t possibly be about last night, could it? You know it wasn’t a dream?” Her cheeks went bright red and she shifted her face slightly towards the window. She replied in a hushed voice. “I don’t know what you’re talking about…”
“Doesn’t matter what you tell yourself, Doc. That’s not what I’m bringing it up for. You see… You’ve been trying so hard to act like you want nothing to do with me. Then as soon as I’m between your thighs all of your inhibitions just disappear. And you get into it, Doc. I mean really into it. So I think… Since we seem to want the same thing” He leans in close to her, “I think I’ll take a more aggressive approach.”
Nelly’s mind ran rampant. “Did he just suggest... Was that… What does that mean? What in the fuck do I even say to that?”
Jeff laid back in his seat again.“You don’t have to say anything, Doc. This whole back and forth thing is just so slow. The tension is fun but if you’re going to scream at me regardless I’d rather hear it while fucking your brains out.”
Nelly’s heart was racing. She tried to speak calmly, “I don’t think it’s an appropriate time to have this discussion, Jeff.” He raised his head to glance out of the window. They were pulling into her neighborhood. “There is no discussion. We’ll just see what happens.”
——-
When Nelly pulled into the driveway, it seemed fairly normal. “No cops?” Jeff asked. Nelly nervously replied. “No… there’s no cops.”
Jeff quickly put his seat up, snatched the keys out of the ignition, and got out of the car. Nelly still had her hands on the steering wheel. She was stuck, still thinking about what Jeff said to her. He popped his head back in the car, “Hey I’m gonna head inside. But you should hurry up with whatever this crisis is. We need to be out of here in a few hours.” Jeff left Nelly to stew in her thoughts and walked up to the front door. He smirked schemingly as he entered the house.
After a while, Nelly finally entered the house. She bent down and was greeted by two very happy chickens. “Salty!” She called out until she could see a white chicken look at her from down the hallway. “Really Salty? You’re going to do this now?”
Salty huffed and walked over. Nelly hugged her chickens and looked at them with wide, loving eyes. “Okay guys. We have to go away for a while. So I need you to be on your best behavior okay.” Salty bawked judgmentally. “Salty now isn’t the time okay? This isn’t going to be easy for me either. So please just… Chill.” Salty waddled away, clucking in a snippy tone. The other chickens followed behind. “Stop being rude, Salty! You’re a bad influence!” Nelly yelled after her but all of the chickens were already past the hallway.
Nelly shook her head and got back up, ignoring the annoyed clucking in the background. She walked around trying to get an idea where Jeff was but he seemingly disappeared. She called out, “Jeff? Where are you?” She got no response. “Okay well! I’m not packing until after I shower so… yeah.” There was still no response from him. The house actually seemed quieter, which was somehow more unnerving.
Nelly slowly made her way to her bedroom, stepping lightly as a last attempt to hear where Jeff was stalking about. When she got into her bathroom, she closed the door behind her and started the shower. She thought to glance in the mirror as she always did but chose to walk past it. She didn’t want to see what she looked like right now. She felt disgusting and her reflection wasn’t going to make her feel better about this situation.
She stripped her clothing off and stepped into the hot water, desperately trying to wash away the events from the past 24 hours. The sound of the water hitting the tile was a relief to her as it drowned out every outside sound, including the bathroom door slowly creaking open.
