Yet another character from my "character idea creation" spree a while back. Got around to drawing up this guy. He came from the same brain-worm that gave Rusty and Roux as well. now Russel... Seems I like the letter R for "antagonist" character names. And this one could be really seen as a true "tf baddy". Not much ambiguity here. He's a blacksmith, mostly as a way to burn off steam, and to maintain a cover, as he is also the head of a black market ring, mafia-style. He has a knack for making problems go away... as well as obstacles to his climb in power. So, if you ever visit a certain blacksmith, not knowing what he sells. Just be sure to be wary of that cigar smoke when you visit.
