CLARITY

We start our journey with the word "clarity."

Take a few long deep breaths, relax your body, and intentionally expand your antl'rennae to their fullest extent. As you do, simply invite, into this moment...the word "clarity"... Feel it, taste it gently, with the tip of your mind. Sweet, priceless clarity.

We begin with the word clarity for good reason. Clarity is... Everything. Clarity is the goal, and yet the very road to that goal.

When we make the conscious decision to invite more clarity into our lives, we set into motion something extraordinary. We begin to allow our shadows to find light, our edges to smooth, and our knots to loosen.

Clarity is cumulative. Clarity brings more clarity. And that is a thought worth savoring because it means that the clearer things become, the clearer things become.

Clarity has depths, levels, and degrees. There are smaller moments of clarity to be found that can make a single moment, activity, or day more manageable, more enjoyable, more beneficial to all those around us.

And then there are the greater gifts of clarity... those magnificent, life-changing insights that, once discovered, can never be undiscovered. There are rooms inside of us, that, once we have switched on the lightswitch within, we can never forget what is inside of them.

This is what clarity is. Clarity allows us to find within us ease. Clarity allows us to naturally, gently, comfortably, without any effort at all, release patterns that no longer serve us.

When we have clarity, we bring more abundance into our lives because we become more aware of ways to bring it about, and we more easily follow the inspiration and impulses that lead there. And more importantly, we more readily acknowledge the abundance that already surrounds us.

With clarity comes organic forgiveness, because when we find clarity on another person, we understand their motivations and their patterns better. With clarity, all of our relationships improve, because all that we have in common becomes more clear. To truly understand another person more is to love them more.

With clarity comes foundational peace. With clarity comes delicious lightheartedness. With clarity, we remember who we are.

Clarity is also inexpressibly valuable at practical levels. For instance, someday in the future of your career you just might find yourself surrounded by 124 Ec'natser ships and have to make the split decision whether to activate your sonic shockblast demobilizer, or to instead use that power to attempt a slingshot hyperspeed escape, in hopes they won't follow. For this, you will need clarity.

Every k'sondo of this program, we'll be focusing on a different word, a different concept. But we reiterate that we begin with clarity because it will here on out specifically, deliberately, and playfully be our foundation, our touchstone, our home base, our center.

So! Here's what we are going to do today. To invite clarity into our lives, we're going to be utilizing a particular, simple phrase, and that phrase is "May _______ bring me more clarity." And we're going to be applying this phrase, presenting it, gently placing this phrase into our day, into our lives. And we're going to be applying it to, well, everything.

For example, first and foremost, the most wonderful place we can begin is

"May this Good Morning program bring me clarity. May this day bring me more clarity."

When we apply this phrase, it's very, very important to understand that we are never trying to actively make something happen in the moment. We aren't forcing clarity onto anything. And we aren't for a moment pretending that whatever we are addressing becomes more clear in that moment. We aren't trying to change it. We're just inviting it to bring US more clarity.

"May this meal bring me clarity. May this film I'm about to enjoy bring me clarity. May this current project at work bring me clarity."

It's very important to note that we are also NOT attempting to muster or fabricate a positive emotion associated with this phrase. We aren't slapping a happy face sticker on anything. This isn't an exercise in positive thinking. Some of the things that we are going to invite to bring us clarity are the greatest challenges in our lives. They may be riddled with anxiety, and we're not attempting to alleviate it in that moment. You don't need to attempt to change or DO anything whatsoever other than the very simple act of neutrally repeating this phrase whenever you think to.

"May my mother-in-law bring me clarity. May this lower back pain bring me clarity. May taking my zhig'nay on a walk to the park bring me clarity."

It's not necessary that you say this, or the subsequent phrases in this program out loud. Just do what feels natural. If you ENJOY speaking them out loud, go for it, but if that feels a little awkward or uncomfortable, just let it all happen internally.

"May my political party bring me clarity. May the OPPOSING political party bring me clarity."

That last one is especially powerful and recommended.

It is not necessary that you go out of your way to think of things to invite clarity from. You don't need to spend all day in your mind actively going through everything and everyone in your life and in the world and slapping clarity into it, although you're certainly welcome to! But our focus and intention here is more so just to apply the phrase to whatever naturally presents itself on your path today, whether that be out in the world, or just internally.

"May this commute to work bring me clarity. May this g'nilpmud butter sandwich bring me clarity. May my sexuality bring me more clarity."

We're not joking about the g'nilpmud butter sandwich at all! Have fun with this. It's okay to be playful and silly about it. Enjoy it. You just might begin to find yourself surprised at all the different places clarity can come from that you wouldn't expect.

"May this lunch meeting bring me clarity. May stretching bring me clarity. May this shower bring me clarity. May my parents bring me clarity. May my bed bring me clarity. May scrolling on my PCD bring me clarity."

That last one is another great one.

Well, that is all for this morning! May this day bring you clarity! Go drink a big glass of water!
