Nicole's Nasty Job (initially named "Experiment") was surprisingly a challenging project. I always thought it would be simple enough to make in a few months, but it turns out it will take more than that.
Originally, I wanted the game to be about customizing Nicole. What I had in mind was multiple hairstyles and accessories.
It sounded simple in theory. But when I worked on the first sex pose, I realized that this idea turned out to be extremely difficult. I had to scrap it immediately.
Here's what a sex pose looks like with all the drawings shown.
Kidding. (not really) That looks like a mess, lol, with approximately 70+ drawings crammed into one picture. Here's one that's animated:
You see, in one sex pose, there are 3 animations needed: Sex Loop, Cumming, and Aftermath. What's shown above are only two animations: Sex Loop and Cumming.
In those two animations, each version must be individually animated, such as two hairstyles (Pigtails and Cat Mom) and 3 to 4 breast sizes. Without any help at hand, one sex pose took me weeks to finish.
And that's only one sex pose. I made 3 sex poses in total. (And I plan to make it 5)
So, even if I wanted to make multiple hairstyles and accessories, it'll be a nightmare to implement all that. So, like I said, I scrapped that idea.
I had to stick with customizing colors instead, so I custom-coded a shader to make that magic work.
But because of that, the number of colors was limited, and it had to be pixelated.
Frustration aside, the most fun I had was drawing Ms. Rat's "after dinner" sprite. I brainstormed several shapes for her, picked four, and used them in the game. (The challenge was to make sure her face remains in the same place)
Right now, I'm continuing the development of the game. There should be more characters planned. (Well, they're not plenty, but still)
And the ending part of the game will take place in a different area. I'm still working on the assets for it.
