[File Remaster!] The Animated ARC Trooper has been remastered and added to the May Specialist rewards!

Happy Revenge of the Fifth everyone! Since we remastered the base Animated Phase 1 Armor set a while ago I figured the next logical step was to remaster the Phase 1.5 ARC helmet, armor accessories, and DC-17 that go along with it!

High level summary of changes:- Thinned overly thick parts of the helmet/armor for better comfort- Added antenna rotation mechanism- Added all the nice features our modern helmets have, like Bambu Studio Project files, different variations, and increased accuracy
