Another commission work - same commissioner as the pregnant Makoto piece. Much thanks to him. This time it's Toki from SMT IV.
I've seen this girl a few times on 4chan's request thread(s), but she barely has any art online. So I'm guessing she's one of those super niche character that don't play a big role in the game but still has a very nice design. Took me a while to complete but was nice to work on either way, pretty happy with the results.
