The accessory is thought to work for big td girls. Otherwise the strands could go through the body.
This is a mod that works with an extra skin. Make sure you adjust the Color Channel 1 to the color of the skin* Just use the eyedrop on the skin and it'll blend seamlessly. Channel 2 are the details. I set it up to pink for Rouge.
