DESCRIPTION
Another year another Pokémon in the ranks!
This was a commission based on artwork of Chelodoy. The animations are mainly focused on the eyes however, I did try to add a base amount of animations of the mouth as an extra.
As I'm doing the update I notice there are some errors that I'll be fixing tomorrow. (A good reason to keep posting updates). Let me know what you think!
