Yeah super excited about this one! This is a VERY long overdue project that I wanted to write for Beherit a while back. Now I'm finally getting to do it and I'm super glad with how it's turning out so far. The general story behind this is him as a space pirate on his way from one space station to another, to cause some good old carnage, chaos and destruction! ^_^
I wanted to capture the spacing intro (mimicking the sound leaving with the vacuum was a lot of fun to create), the operatic styles of melodies and orchestra as he travels FTL, and then the transition into some good old rock metal... Because nothing mimics destruction like a bunch of double kicks and meaty guitars! He then heads back with another pass on the main theme, and I will NEXT finish up the ending, that's not complete yet.
Hope you all enjoy what I have for this so far. It's around 75% done production wise, going to see if I can get a few additional live instruments and then I think it'll be ready. Beherit has made an absolutely awesome animation to go with it too for which I'm excited to show you all.
