Heya folks! Something energetic to start the week with. This is a character theme for Volkaleptic that is in progress (they had me at "Flying type music". ^.^)I'm using some EDM to add to the energy, but in the final version the violin (I'm looking to get a live player, and I have an idea of who I wanna ask) will play a massive role in leading the piece throughout. Lots of inspiration from Ace Combat, did quite a bit of a binge on all of the soundtracks.
Ultimately it'll comprise of a few movements, with somewhat differing rhythms and styles, kinda like a tribute to all the different kinds of aircraft and flying that's possible, from the gliding with no engine above the clouds like a bird... To the thrum of an afterburner kicking in behind you, taking you up to Mach 2.
