Animations have been running all week, and I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
The carpenters I mentioned last week have completed the work in my office, so now I have a new door, windows, and a security system in place. I feel safer already. :p
Fiber is also installed, exactly 20 months to the day after I ordered it. Didn't quite break the Gbps speed, but it's close enough and miles better than the 25 Mbps upload I had from before.
I've also been adding more to the in-game 'path visualizer', which resulted in 327 new UI elements, but I'm now happy enough to call it done. Here's a quick preview.
By next week, I hope the last animations have completed rendering, so I can start the final non-animated scenes of the episode.
The current girl renders extremely slowly, which I suspect is due to her hair. The same hair, which also takes hours to Dforce simulate. But it looks very good, especially when there's movement, and much more natural than normal Daz hair. I've included a sample attached to this post to show what I mean.
Anyway, that's enough chatter for now. I'll be back next week with more.
Have a nice weekend, and stay safe out there.
