In addition to Jane, the succubi also play a larger role. So look forward to seeing Leila and Carmilla again.

There are dialogues that change whether you decided to "succumb" to Carmilla a few episodes ago. If you no longer have a save that includes this decision, there'll be some error messages in Renpy (Three IIRC). You can just press ignore and it should continue normally.
