The caption for that one included some darker stuff Patreon doesn't like these days so I won't link to it, but it's lurking someplace in the archives if you're curious. The footage here is based on a scene from one of the Leprechaun movies where a lady wishes to be more curvy and she ends up horribly disfigured before she dies. Yuck. I like my version much better!
