Hey everyone, I hope you're doing well. These end-of-month posts usually only go to Phantoms, but I'm making an exception this once as a show of contrition for a slower-than-planned June. Thanks as always for being here and I apologize in advance for this incoming minor emotional dump
Tbh this month was a disappointing one for me. I had/am having some confidence issues with my stuff and it's been really difficult continuing with works that I begin. I've trashed more unsatisfactory renders this month than I did in the entire back half of last year. I'm doing my very best to shake myself out of this funk and re-discover inspiration and joy, but entropy is tough to shake, ugh. Anywayyyy, let 's talk about the stuff that didn't suck (imo) and actually saw the light of day!
Rogue! Cyberpunk has more peak waifus than any game has a right to and Rogue ticks a lot of boxes for me. PlayFair3D and I finally decided to do a Rogue trade after much idle talk. I wanted to go with something from her younger era, when she was more likely to run into impossible missions and find herself in a precarious situation
I know PlayFair3D always sets a very high bar so I really went all out with what I thought was an interesting setup. While the pose wasn't super complex, there were a lot of things to make sure to do right. The tape, the wire hole, the vibe glow, etc, etc
I also focused a lot on the atmosphere (look at that geometric smoke) to try and convey the mood and tell a simple story. The drones are supposed to be cameras, but I'm not sure that's fully communicated. I should've added a monitor somewhere, in hindsight

Yeah, it's silly that anything has wires in 2077, but I'm trying to communicate something here aight 💀 All in all, I'm pretty proud of how this came out, but I still got fucking mogged by PlayFair in the end, as always. Talented bastard

Kyōko (@kyokwadesu) tagged me in a single light challenge so I decided to do an ultrawide Aloy wallpaper bc I'm a sicko. The only lamp in this scene is a Sun, tho I suppose I bent the rules slightly using a bounce board. Don't call the police
I've never used this model before and there's a lot I like about it. What could it possibly be? The small environment was made with the geoscatter addon and the bontaniq pack. Genuinely amazing assets, if a lil pricey. This is where your support goes!

Am I the only one that thinks sleeves alone are a super hot outfit? While you mull over that, please do take note that this hair has no freaking rig. I had to pose it with the sculpt brush. rip
