Hope everyone is having a lovely May so far! For this mid-month update, I’d like to share the current progress on Gameplay + UI, Story, and Art.

About Gameplay + UI Update

Right now, I’ve been getting some help with game development, and one of the main focuses is redesigning the core gameplay experience. The goal is to expand the RPG elements so players feel more immersed in the world, with choices that feel meaningful while still keeping the game approachable and enjoyable.

Combat, Gear and status systems are currently being reviewed as well, with plans to make thing more simpler and reduce unnecessary grinding that might come in the future to create a smoother overall experience. Combat itself is still in the early design phase (as everyone see in game), and I’m exploring different ideas carefully before locking in the right direction.

One of my biggest priorities is making sure the game remains fun and accessible—something players can enjoy for both its story and gameplay without feeling overwhelmed by overly complex systems.

For the UI, I’ve decided to redesign the overall theme to create something cleaner and more streamlined. The new UI is still in development alongside gameplay updates, but I’ll share previews as soon as the design phase is further along.

About ver 0.9

Story UpdateFor Update 0.9, my goal is to make this the final chapter of the Prologue. Players will begin to uncover what is truly happening in Willberg, with multiple routes that allow more time spent with different NPCs based on player choice.

At the moment, I’ve completed 2 story routes so far, with more currently in progress.

Art UpdateThis month, 4 male characters will be receiving their Nude Sprites in-game: Tom, Laslo, Gavi, and Rowan with 1

Tom as a winner will also be receiving a new CG as part of the main story content that will adding into the game next update.The Boss is still in design phase (Hopefully I can finish drawing him in time)
