DESCRIPTION
In exchange for building a dungeon for Scarlett the Witch to rule over, the builder devils are allowed to keep her as their personal plaything while the work is underway.
These are devils exiled from Inferno for being too soft, too indulgent, and too enamored with material matters. They have little interest in bargaining for souls. What they truly crave are bodies, especially those of young, desirable women.
