If you have cheats enabled, you can do several things:

• you can modify different stats using + and - signs below them;
• you can completely break your game doing so... (save before you do);
• you can choose any combination of endings when you hit the big end-game button;
• you can unlock all achievements using the hidden button as shown on the picture above (open Reputation screen first, then hover over the bottom right corner)
