[COM3D2] Custom Order Maid 3D2 Modpack R3.1

This is a Beta build. It still needs some more testing to make sure everything is working. 

Besides the added content, this build focuses on offering an alternative  with identical functionality to the Sybaris II AIO, based on BepInEx, a lighter open source framework with active development.

From now on the English  translation is optional and has been completely moved to Translation AIO.  This way you have the option to play the game in Japanese without machine translation interfering.

The guide has been updated to reflect the changes.
