Hey everyone…
Yesterday I mentioned I was having pretty strong stomach pain. At first, I thought it was just food poisoning, like I sometimes get. But after doing an ultrasound, the doctors found some issues that were more serious than I expected.
Today I got my diagnosis: Grade 1 fatty liver, biliary inflammation, and intestinal inflammation caused by nervous colitis. All of them are treatable. Thankfully, the damage to my body from my heavy drinking period back in 2024 is still reversible.
Back then I weighed 194 lbs (88 kg) at 5'2" (1.58 m). Now I’m down to 161 lbs (73 kg), which is a big improvement, but it left some consequences that I need to fix over the next 3 months. The doctor gave me medication and a specific diet I have to follow by the end of these 3 months i should be in my proper weight.
Don’t worry, I can handle all of this. The only thing I’m going to ask is for a bit more patience with my work and commissions. I’ll need to exercise more often, which usually takes up my afternoons.
I really appreciate your understanding during this time. I’ll be okay. I’m going to do my best to recover properly, and in about three months I should be back to full health.
Thank you for being here. It really means a lot qwq .
