At the end of pretty much every file I produce, I end it with a wish for you: Be good to yourself.
Today I've created a confusion induction to bombard your subconcious mind with the words, whispers, and echoes that will remind and guide you on just how to do that.
As I say in the file, we can choose to be our own worst critic or to be our biggest cheerleader. But make no mistake: it's a CHOICE. So let this file, my voice, help you choose to be good to yourself.
