[WIP] GitS: Batou, Togusa

I've finished improving parts of the models and I got a starting, basic loop going. Next my focus will be tweaking the speed of all moving parts. I'll begin with the bodies, focusing on the force of impact when Batou thrusts, and then I move on to hair, gear and legs. The objective is a good-looking loop that stands on its own. That way, I needn't continuously polish it as I extend it and introduce variations later.
