Regarding future updates and activity 🍎

First and foremost I would like to apologize for my terrible update speed for months now, inconsistencies and slowness has been a common thing coming for me which I'm not proud of.

There are three main points I would like to address very much in this post which are:

Commission Tier

Yes the commission tier which I used to call request has now been changed. At the current amount of time and effort I put into each individual set I make, I can't call it a simple request anymore. It is by definition already a commission with how detailed the commissions some of you have given me. Especially commissions that requires me to adjust my style to create an accurate appearance of the characters you've chosen. Every time I have to do adjustments for styles usually ended up with me troubleshooting for hours only to get frustrated when I thought it worked well in the tests only to fail in the actual set.

Moving forward I won't be making too much adjustments to accommodate the original art style or adjustments to appearance. If it's still possible then I will as much as I can, but I will also reject some characters if it's too difficult to work with. There isn't a perfect style, at least not yet with the current open source AI models. I have to work within the limitation of the model and prompts I use so please understand that I can't do everything. Some characters or series would be easier to make compared to others.

Another thing I want to add, this is specifically for both tier members in the current Commission tier. I understand if you're busy or have other things that occupy your attention. But please if you're not going to put your commission within a month then please lower your tier or cancel the membership. I can't accept your money if I don't do any work for you, and the slot you're occupying can be taken by someone who wants a commission immediately. I really appreciate the support but I can't accept it if you're not getting what you're paying for. So for those who have been inactive and hasn't submitted their commission within a week I will have to forcibly remove you from the membership and refunding up to 3 months back.

And lastly the most important thing, I will be pausing commission tier temporarily. I will be honest with all of you, I am burned out. Really burned out, which is already very obvious with how terrible my updates has become. I will not accept commission anymore until I am done with the current set lists which isn't even close to done yet. I would also like to restart character votes and do some character tests on the side and even do my own personal projects which I haven't done in a long time. Actual personal projects that is and not from votes. I've changed the slot for both Heavy and True tier to become one only, since I can't pause just both tiers I will keep refunding your funds at the end of each month. That is if you decided to stay in the commission tier membership.

I do regret having to do a drastic measures but at the current rate, I feel like it's a downward spiral for me and I fear that everything will also be dragged down as a result. Ever since the Paypal account problem I encounter a few months back (which they took the money around $600 which was on my account too by the way.) that caused so much stress in just that 2 weeks. Getting sick from Type A Influenza that left me bedridden for almost the entire month and caused further delays. Looking back now I've been behind schedule for almost a year now, or at least I haven't been on schedule for a long time.

I have pushed myself over the limit, so much so that I started to fear and avoid working on sets. I've definitely loss confidence in my own work and ability to make anything. I started this because I genuinely like to make something and be creative, I'm terrible at drawing so I ran to AI as an alternative to channel my creative juice. The earnings I've made are a very nice result of it which I wasn't expecting so many of you to like what I make. I've felt that my own creations aren't that good lately or rather I feel that it's been generic compared to other creators. The more I try to improve the less the return from it too which has been discouraging.

Although I've said a lot of things here I'm not planning to stop or quit or take a break, not at all. But I would like to have some adjustments to the current workload so I can work efficiently and effectively again. I've been stealing a break for a day or two when I can, or rather I've procrastinated too much now and that is not a good sign. I used to be able to push myself, working from morning till midnight before. I used to be able to update more frequently, produce sets at least 10 a month without dragging my feet along the way. But now, I'm not so sure I can do it with the current state that I'm in anymore.

Price Changes Heavy & True Tier

I do plan to increase the prices for commission tier later but not now so this will be a planned future changes. As you might have known getting into the commission tier has been next to impossible unless you're a very lucky individual, the chances of getting in is probably much lower than any gacha games 😅. And I am aware that the price I've set for both commission tier is low, too low even for the kind of commission I make which some have pointed out to me. I'm not planning to increase the price to an absurd price but if the demand are still too high and the slots are none then price changes might be a common thing in the future.

For now I plan to change Heavy and True tier price to this:

Heavy = $25 to $40True = $40 to $60

Hopefully, I can provide open slots for those interested in a commission. This may not be an instant fix but I will start slowly from here.

Update speed & General Activity

Although I'm not planning to take a long break, I might update on a slower rate. I appreciate your patience with me on this one, I don't plan to update once a week or even longer. I do still aim to at least make a set every 3 days or 4 at most. But do understand that I'm also severely burnt out, I really need an actual long break or a vacation which I still couldn't afford to do until now.

So my main goals right now are:

Finish the pending setsFinish character tests

I wasn't planning to keep on going for much longer and this was actually my last ditch effort to do something meaningful with my life. And thankfully with my inconsistent luck, all of you genuinely like what I make and supported me even through my worst moments too.

はい、以前は「リクエスト」と呼んでいたものですが、現在私が1セットごとにかけている時間と労力を考えると、もはや単なるリクエストとは言えません。皆さんからいただく内容は非常に細かく、定義上すでに「コミッション」と言えるものです。特に、キャラクターの外見を正確に再現するためにスタイル調整が必要なものは、テストではうまくいっても本番で失敗し、何時間もトラブルシューティングすることがよくあります。

今後は、元のアートスタイルや外見に合わせるための大幅な調整はあまり行わない方針です。可能な範囲では対応しますが、あまりにも難しいキャラクターについてはお断りする場合もあります。現時点のオープンソースAIモデルには限界があり、万能なスタイルはまだ存在しません。その制約の中で制作していることをご理解ください。キャラクターや作品によって、作りやすさには大きな差があります。

また、現在コミッションティア（Heavy / True）に参加している方へのお願いです。お忙しい事情があるのは理解していますが、1か月以内にコミッション内容を提出しない場合は、ティアを下げるか、メンバーシップのキャンセルをお願いします。作業をしていない状態でお金を受け取ることはできませんし、その枠を今すぐ依頼したい方に譲るべきだと考えています。そのため、1週間以上コミッションを提出していない方については、強制的にメンバーシップを解除し、最大3か月分の返金を行います。

そして最も重要な点ですが、コミッションティアを一時的に停止します。正直に言います。私は完全に燃え尽きています。更新状況を見れば、それは明らかだと思います。現在のセットリストがすべて終わるまでは、新しいコミッションは受け付けません。また、キャラクター投票の再開やキャラクターテスト、そして長い間できていなかった個人的なプロジェクトにも取り組みたいと考えています。

Heavy と True ティアはスロットを1つに統合し、ティアを停止できないため、残ることを選んだ場合は毎月末に返金を行います。

このような大きな決断をすることは非常に心苦しいですが、今のままでは自分自身が崩れてしまい、すべてに悪影響が出ると感じています。数か月前のPayPalアカウント問題（約600ドルが差し押さえられました）や、A型インフルエンザでほぼ1か月寝込んだことなどが重なり、気づけばほぼ1年近くスケジュールが崩れたままでした。

自分を限界まで追い込みすぎて、制作すること自体を恐れるようになってしまいました。自信も大きく失っています。私は創作が好きで、絵が描けない代わりにAIを使って表現してきました。ここまで多くの方に支持していただけたことは、本当に予想外で感謝しています。ただ最近は、自分の作品が平凡に感じられ、改善しようとするほど報われない感覚に陥っています。

それでも、辞めるつもりはありません。休止や引退もしません。ただ、今の作業量を見直し、もう一度効率よく制作できる状態に戻したいのです。

将来的にコミッションティアの価格を引き上げる予定はありますが、今すぐではありません。現在、参加するのが非常に困難な状況で、運が良くないと入れない状態です。価格も内容に対して低すぎるという指摘を受けています。

更新速度と活動について

長期休暇を取る予定はありませんが、更新ペースは少し落ちるかもしれません。理想としては3〜4日に1セットを目標にしていますが、現在かなり疲弊しています。本当は長い休みや旅行が必要ですが、まだそれができる状況ではありません。

是的，以前我称之为「请求」，但以现在每一套作品所投入的时间和精力来说，它已经不能再算是普通请求了。从定义上来说，这已经是正式的「定制委托」。很多委托要求非常详细，尤其是需要我调整风格以还原角色外观的情况，经常在测试阶段看似成功，但正式制作时却失败，导致我花上数小时排错，甚至感到非常沮丧。

今后我将减少为了贴合原作风格或外观而进行的大幅调整。如果还能做到，我会尽力而为，但如果某些角色实在太难制作，我将会拒绝。当前的开源 AI 模型仍然存在明显的限制，并不存在所谓的完美风格。我只能在模型和提示词的限制内工作，请大家理解。有些角色或作品本身就比其他的更容易制作。

另外，这一点是专门对当前 Heavy 和 True 定制档位的成员说的。我理解大家可能很忙，但如果你在一个月内都不提交定制内容，请主动降档或取消会员。我无法在没有为你工作的情况下收取你的钱，而且你占用的名额本可以留给急需定制的人。因此，如果超过一周仍未提交定制内容，我将会强制移除会员资格，并最多退还三个月的费用。

最重要的一点是：我将暂时暂停定制档位。我必须坦白，我已经严重倦怠（burn out）了，这一点从更新状况中也很明显。在完成当前所有积压的作品列表之前，我将不再接受新的定制。我也希望能重新开启角色投票、进行角色测试，以及回归真正属于我自己的个人项目。

由于系统限制，我无法单独暂停 Heavy 和 True 档位，因此我已将两者的名额合并为一个。如果你选择继续留在该档位，我将在每个月月底为你退款。

我知道这个决定非常激进，但以现在的状态继续下去，只会让我陷入更严重的恶性循环。几个月前的 PayPal 账户问题（账户中约 600 美元被扣走）给我带来了巨大的压力，加上之后感染甲型流感，几乎卧床一个月，导致进度进一步拖延。回头看，我已经将近一年都没有真正按计划运作了。

앞으로는 원작 스타일이나 외형에 맞추기 위한 과도한 조정을 줄일 예정입니다. 가능한 경우에는 최선을 다하겠지만, 작업 난이도가 지나치게 높은 캐릭터는 거절할 수도 있습니다. 현재의 오픈소스 AI 모델에는 명확한 한계가 있으며, 완벽한 스타일이라는 것은 아직 존재하지 않습니다. 저는 모델과 프롬프트의 한계 안에서 작업할 수밖에 없다는 점을 이해해 주시길 바랍니다. 캐릭터나 시리즈에 따라 제작 난이도는 크게 다릅니다.

또한 현재 Heavy 및 True 커미션 티어에 계신 분들께 드리는 말씀입니다. 바쁘신 사정은 충분히 이해하지만, 한 달 이내에 커미션을 제출하지 않으실 경우 티어를 낮추거나 멤버십을 취소해 주시길 바랍니다. 작업을 하지 않은 상태에서 금액을 받는 것은 제 양심상 불가능하며, 그 자리는 즉시 커미션을 원하는 다른 분께 돌아가야 한다고 생각합니다.따라서 일주일 이상 커미션을 제출하지 않은 경우, 멤버십을 강제 해제하고 최대 3개월까지 환불을 진행할 예정입니다.

커미션 티어의 가격 인상은 향후 계획에 포함되어 있지만, 지금 당장은 아닙니다. 현재 커미션 티어에 들어가는 것 자체가 거의 불가능할 정도이며, 운이 좋아야만 가능합니다 😅. 또한 지금의 가격이 작업량에 비해 너무 낮다는 지적도 받아왔습니다.

현재 계획 중인 가격은 다음과 같습니다:

Heavy: $25 → $40

True: $40 → $60

앞으로도 수요가 높다면 추가적인 조정이 있을 수 있습니다.

업데이트 속도 및 활동
