Hey all, I'm back making sets again. I'll be working on more in the coming days but also try to better manage my time and energy to avoid burnouts.

It's been a while since I've made a real set so hopefully the quality didn't drop with this one. I opted for a simple scenario to not overcomplicate my thought process. Although I did try to experiment with more poses, angles and expression with the limitation of my model. My model is getting left behind but it is still the more reliable one that I can use right now. Maybe in the future I would migrate to a newer model entirely that is more up to date. But that is at least end of the year if the current open source AI model could improve to my satisfaction. I thought of maybe changing to NovelAI but the investment I made to my PC would be waste if I did that and NovelAI is an entirely different model compared to my current Illustrious one. I couldn't migrate my style at the least but NAI does provide much better prompt understanding and from the few images I've seen and tested myself, NAI is definitely better in terms of poses, angles, expression.

Anyways, I'll keep it brief. There are somethings on my mind but I need to let it simmer the thoughts for now or ask around.

みんな、ただいま。またセット制作を再開しました。これから数日かけていくつか作っていく予定ですが、同時に時間とエネルギーの管理も見直して、燃え尽きないようにしていきたいと思っています。

ちゃんとしたセットを作るのは久しぶりなので、クオリティが落ちていないといいのですが。今回は考えすぎないようにシンプルなシナリオにしました。その代わり、ポーズやアングル、表情は、今使っているモデルの制限の中でいろいろ試してみました。

自分のモデルはだんだん時代遅れになりつつありますが、今のところは一番安定して使えるものです。将来的にはもっと新しいモデルに完全移行するかもしれませんが、それは少なくとも今年の終わり頃、オープンソースのAIモデルが自分の満足いくレベルまで進化していれば、という感じです。NovelAIに乗り換えることも考えましたが、今のPCに投資した分が無駄になってしまいますし、NAIは今使っているIllustriousとは全く別のモデルなので、少なくとも自分のスタイルをそのまま移行することはできません。ただ、プロンプト理解や、ポーズ・アングル・表情の面では、実際に試した限りでもNAIの方が優れていると感じています。

とりあえず今回はこの辺で。まだいろいろ考えていることはありますが、少し時間を置いて整理するか、誰かに相談しようと思います。
