I hope you ready to have a new all-time favourite to be added to your repertoire. This is an old Paul Simon song that Tommy arranged for acoustic guitar, and it is simply amazing. And before you recoil in fear because Tommy is involved: that is not necessary (in this case). This is probably one of the most doable arrangements from his repertoire that I ever covered!
