以前にリクエストについてを方針転換をさせていただきましたが、
何名様かご不満に思われる方々がいらっしゃいました。
今思うと一方的に方針転換してしまったので、
深く反省しております。
今後大きく方針転換させていただく場合は
アンケート等を使用し
ご支援者様方ご意見を反映しながら進めて行こうと思って居ります。
この度は申し訳ございませんでした。
リクエストを方針転換させていただいた理由ですが、
予想以上のご支援者様の人数が増えた為でございます。
その為リクエストの数も膨大になり
（私も作成したいキャラが有）
全てのご支援者様の作成が難しくなったためでございます。
それならリクエストプランを作成し
必ずリクエストを作成するお約束をした方が個人的には良いかと思い
方針転換させていただきました。

The reason why we have changed our request policy,
This is because the number of supporters has increased beyond our expectations.
As a result, the number of requests has become enormous.
(I also have characters that I would like to create)
It has become difficult for us to create all the characters for all of our supporters.
If this is the case, we will create a request plan.
I think it would be better for me personally to create a request plan and promise that I will always create a request.
