Sorry for the radio silence and the lack of updates in the past months, but it seems like I'm going through a slump right now. I think it's just a lack of motivation paired with being busy with life stuff ... it'll pass, I'm sure! The weird thing is, I kinda want to work on some things, but whenever I launch Maya and stare at a scene, I just go "ugh".
Anyway, feel free to let me know if you want a refund, it's just fair!
Yesterday I had an idea that came a little bit too late. I can't really force myself to be creative when I don't feel like it, but I can force myself to do some mindless stuff :p
So I think I'll do some remixes of older animations, til this passes. I tested some scenes and I should be able to make a few decent ones. A VR-version of the Widowmaker beach animation would also be a contender for this.
So that's what you can expect short term.
You might already know the projects I already want to do: DVa Blackcat animation, Widowmaker BJ animation, finish Tracer model.
I'd also like to do Brigitte now, but not any of the ingame skins. Instead I would like to remodel her outfit from the Reinhardt cinematic.
I'm also feeling a strong itch to do WoW stuff again, but not before I make completely new models from scratch.
I also want to finally make my own autorigger. I think I have the rigging and scripting experience now to pull off something that'll be good enough for my needs. My current rigging solution is clumsy and is really starting to slow down, now that every rig includes a number of different skins.
