It was a hard thing to notice until I really scrutinized the footage, but basically every time it paused the recording automatically (from no inputs over 5 seconds), it would freeze the video for 5-10 seconds. There's almost nothing I can salvage from it.The good news is that I've moved over to a standalone OBS install that will handle the stream recordings. I've also tuned it to produce quality even better than the older methods.
