the results of some exams I took came back. I have degenerative spondyloarthritis.
it's a degenerative condition for which there is no cure and I can't recover the damage already done. it basically means the lifelong damage our spine suffers has begun earlier on my own back, apparently. I haven't had the time to sit down with my doctors and see what's what yet, but it's already a shock.
I'm already having a bit of a shock digesting the news. please hang tight while I absorb what this means for my work and if I need to take an even longer rest from things.
