I spent a heavy chunk of last week going over the first Chapter of Avalon and Remastering several images that looked just awful. I'm going to polish up this first Chapter and see how I feel about the process.
The idea is that this year is pretty much dedicated to the five game collection that I'm trying to put together. Avalon Remaster, Penny for Your Thoughts Remaster, and The Rose Garden Trilogy. If I can package all these together and get them out on Steam, itch, and maybe even GOG, then I don't have to live in a refrigerator box under a bridge somewhere. If Steam rejects this collection, then I'm submitting a job application to Costco.

Bear with me this year. We're trying to get this put together so that we can continue to expand the team and make great content. If we can find success with this updated collection then we can make bigger and better games in the future. It's an investment of sorts.
As you can see, the updated images actually came out great. My experience over the last six years has paid off a little bit. So I'm going to take that experience and rework some of the worst images in Avalon, do a little bit of script touch up, and Riam is going to string this thing together. I'm also going to see if I can get the animations updated into the new style as well.
I hope you guys are excited about this. I hate slowing down progress on Suzi's arc but this is important. Ultimately we want to have Suzi's arc complete and put into this collection as well so we're going to work on all of it at once and try to have it all complete by end of year.
