the art of being your own muse [full self portrait set]

My own work has gotten put on the back burner a little bit as I've been working on client sessions, but I was finally able to complete the edits of this self portrait session from my trip to Florence earlier this year. 

Growing up, I always was enamoured with the idea of Florence. With the history, the artists, the lore. Being able to not only travel there, but to create art with clients and capture these self portraits felt like a giant full circle moment. It was a serious moment of joy in my life as an artist.

And now I'm going to need to find someone to paint the walls of my studio with frescoes because hellooooo this airBNB was absolutely stunning!

My hope in posting my full self portrait sessions is you find posing inspo, conceptual inspo, or just inspiration to do the dang thing and document yourself. You deserve to see yourself, you deserve to be documented. <3
