As is swiftly becoming a tradition, my brother and I write each other short horror stories as Christmas presents to each other.
Last year, I wrote this one - Seen and Not Heard, and this year I have written the story below.
HOWEVER, this one is much, much grimmer. It's one of the more depressing and gory things I've written. I'm giving you a word of warning because I read it to my mum and she now thinks I'm a freak. I have written trigger warnings below but they're also quite spoilery, so please only look at them if you are both keen to read this and have things that you think might be triggers.
