DESCRIPTION
If you own a Garmin device that supports Live Segments this feature may be of great interest to you. While Garmin and Strava have a system for synchronizing starred segments to your Garmin device, they do not allow you to choose which specific efforts will be used for the leaderboard. Now you can select any effort from any athlete and make your own live segment file. The file is downloaded to your computer and then you can copy it to the `Garmin/NewFiles` folder of your Garmin after connecting it via USB.
Oh yeah, and it works for downhill segments! :)
