That's a pic of 30+ envelopes with 100ish buttons in 'em... and that's not including the International buttons that I have yet to gather and pack (I will probably ship those next month, precious internationals! There's a LOT of buttons to account for with you guys, and I wanna be super careful so I don't miss any)!! Wow, I honestly never thought the Button Club tier would be so popular when I first started this Patreon alllllll the way back in September of 2014. It's really amazing how receptive y'all were to the idea, and I'm proud of how long I was able to keep it up, honestly! Really feeling lucky to have incredible fans like y'all :')Back in 2014, there was only 10 people on the button tier, and making handmade buttons and shipping them out once per month was feasible. As the demand for the buttons grew, I found myself trying to streamline the process as best as possible. Once it got to (I think?) around 25 or so buttons per month, I had to stop drawing them individually, by hand, and started printing them out instead. I switched to a batch-shipping format too, in an effort to make the process less time-consuming! Which probably would have continued to work if I hadn't gotten a job fairly soon afterwards. With my time mostly taken up by a cool new job that has me both commuting AND making art from home as well, I have very little free time to LP anymore. I'm pretty much only a streamer now, which is not exactly where I wanna be! Either the LPs gotta go or I gotta cut down on how much work it is to maintain certain areas of the Patreon.So, alas, I must announce the retirement of The Button Club tier. But since there's still definitely demand for general VoidMerch, the next natural step is to start a little online shop, where I provide the graphics, but the shop is run automatically, ships everything by itself, etc. You can find The VoidShoppe here! There isn't much on there just yet, but I'll be gradually adding more stuff as time goes on. I definitely wanna make a few shirts/stickers that are based on the buttons I've made in the past, too!
