In case you missed this announcement on Twitter, I'm going to cancel today's drawing stream (i'm especially pissed about that) and tomorrow's Stardew stream due to unforeseen circumstances. If you missed the drama, I got shadowbanned from SA by Lowtax himself over a tweet that wasn't even @-ing him! I dared to defend my friend @damehasclass (who didn't @ him either), and tweet in agreement that it's "a little weird" that, in response to learning that his long-term buddy Shmorky is a diaperfur pedophile, he's encouraging his 8-year-old daughter to do a stream themed around a suicidal pedophile and egging him/them onto killing him/themself (forgive me, I just don't know that pedophile's pronouns, lol). I think that might be a bit of an innapropriate thing for an 8-year-old to do... but what do I know, I'm not a parent. Of course, this has been misconstrued on purpose to make it seem as though I think it's bad parenting to warn your kids about pedophiles, and/or that I support Shmorky. Needless to say to both, wow NO. Anyway, as a result of all this, Lowtax has sent his goons to dogpile Dame, me, Psychedelic Eyeball, etc, in addition to shadowbanning. I'm still getting quite a few nasty people in my mentions, so unfortunately, I feel it's best to cancel the streams, rather than give them another avenue to stir shit in.
tl;dr: Too many randos in my mentions, suspect they are likely to brigade my streams, hence I'm canceling them. I might do a stream on Sunday if this dies down by then, and reschedule the drawing stream according to when the bullshit dies down. Stay tuned.For those asking: I'm doing fine by the way, not stressin! Just annoyed that I'm so used to clicking that bookmark for SA and getting the ban-screen instead of the Political Cartoons Thread, lol. I feel like this is a rather extreme response to a statement of very mild spiciness (at worst) that was not even directly @'d to Lowtax. An overreaction from someone who is going through a hard time, but has a history of taking out his frustrations on his forums when he goes through said hard times.
